How I work

I learn fast in the real world

I move quickly into unfamiliar territory, learn the tools through real use, and take ownership before every answer is known. The organic-growth work on this site was built within my first months working in social media.

I build the system, not just the deck

A good workshop or strategy document is not enough. If a new way of working depends on someone remembering to do the right thing, it will fade. I build the systems, workflows and automation that make the better process easier to keep using.

I lead and I build

At Oasis, I lead two designers while staying hands-on in the work itself. I believe creative direction is stronger when you are close enough to the craft to understand what you are asking for.
